Dr. Larry E. Davis is the dean of the School of Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh, where is the Donald M. Henderson Professor. He is the author of several academic works on interracial group dynamics, the impact of race, gender, and class on interpersonal interactions, African American families, and African American youth. He lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and three sons.
