RESPONDENT'S BRIEF Statement Mollie Rosenbaum, a sister of the decedent, appeals from a portion of an accounting decree of the Surrogate of Bronx County entered January 23, 1964, in the office of the Clerk of the Surrogate's Court, Bronx County, which disallows her claim for $5,850.00 as an alleged creditor of the decedent (Appendix p. a-2). The administratrix's account was filed on or about April 26, 1963, and rejected appellant's claim.
