Tillotson & Co., New York City; Partrick & Carter, Philadelphia, Pa., dated September 15, 1875, furnishing telegraphic supplies; also, with A. A. McCullough, of Norfolk, Va., on the 20th of September, 1875, for furnishing and erecting telegraph-poles on the route of a telegraph-line between Cape Hatteras and Wilmington, N. C.; and again with A. A. McCullough, on the 8th of October, 1875, for distributing telegraph-materials, &c., along the route of telegraph-line between Wilmington and Cape Hatteras, N. C.
